Cancellation & Refund Policy

How cancellations, billing adjustments, and refunds are handled across IdeaDunes plans and services.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancelling immediately stops future renewals. You may also choose cancellation at the next renewal date where the plan supports that option.

2. Refund Eligibility

Unless a written contract says otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Refunds may be issued where required by law, for duplicate charges, or for verified service errors approved by our billing team.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with the account email and invoice or transaction ID.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported by the processor.
  • Where a processor does not support a direct reversal, we may issue a wallet credit or alternative settlement by agreement.
  • Processing times depend on the gateway and issuing bank, and typically take 5-10 business days after approval.

4. Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, and Offline Payments

Refund handling may differ slightly by payment method. Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal refunds are issued through the relevant gateway where supported. Offline invoices and custom contracts are handled manually by the IdeaDunes billing team.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for service interruptions, custom contract adjustments, or approved plan downgrades. Partial refunds are always reviewed case by case.

6. EU Consumer Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. If you have already started using the service during this period, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed with your consent.

7. Cancellation of Custom Services

Custom implementation, onboarding, consulting, and migration work may be subject to milestone-based billing. Completed milestones are not refundable unless otherwise stated in your signed order form or required by law.
